What a nightmare life has been since last Friday.
On Fri afternoon I went to our new flat.
It was not cleaned even if it’s ‘commercial custom’ here.
I booked cleaning staff for tomorrow morning. They’re going to
clean the whole place. Every detail.
Previous owner just took all their stuff and didn’t clean.
argh!
Would you leave a place this dirty?
A couple of items have disappeared so I contacted our
insurance company to get compensation for all this hassle.
My arm/shoulder is better. I got strong relaxants.
I can’t totally lift my hand up on top of my head but
it’s not a vegetable anymore.
Oh, boy how down I’ve been last four days…
But now I can see light again

It’s a nuisance to leave flats in such a filthy mess!
My arm will be perfect!
I’ll start exercising when medication is done.
I cried to my hubby that the new place has a bad karma. He told me to relax, have a nap, not to think with feelings. Business is business.
It’s true. We women think with our feelings far too much even when it would be better to stay calm and businesslike…
That was a pretty disgusting mess that was left for you… some people have no class.

Voi harmi,multa on mennyt sun kipeä olkapää kokonaan ohi,Toivottavasti ei satu pahasti;itselläni kesti kipeä olkapää melkein vuoden.
Ja onpa inhoittavaa,että jätetään asunto tuohon kuntoon uusia asukkaita varten!! Suomessa kun mielestäni on itsestään selvää,että asunto jätetään siistiin kuntoon. Kun möin asuntoni,tulin tyhjentämisen jälkeen vielä siivoamaan tyhjän asunnon,mikä oli mielestäni itsestään selvää.
Noissa katukuvissa on niin tuttuja paikkoja,lapsuuden maisemia ja myöhemmän asuinsijan lähistöä ;D
Kasi on jo 90% normaali. Pikkusen kinnaa tietyt liikkeet mutta nyt kasi nousee jo ihan normaalisti. Jumppasin just varovasti…kylla se tasta.
Minakin olen tottunut siihen, etta loppusiivous tehdaan on sitten kyseessa vuokra tai omistusasunto.
Mielenkiintoiseksi jutun tekee se, etta puolikas myyjaa on sairaanhoitaja….:) hah, mika vitsi!
Lapsuudenmaisemia hyvinkin. Niita tulet nakemaan lisaa kunhan tassa kotiudutaan!
En taida olla oikein up-to-date. Siis mikäs sun kädessä on? kysyy kipsikäpäläinen. Onko tuo asunto Suomessa ja noin likainen??? Huh!
Nukuin pe-la yona kateni jumiin. Taisin olla niin univelkainen etten herannyt huonoon asentoon.
Lauantaina kavin mutsin kanssa kaupassa ja kannoin kassejakin mutta sunnuntaina kasi oli taysin vihannes, silla ei tehnyt mitaan.
Soitin heti ma aamusta tervasemalle ja sain ajan samaksi paivaksi. Otin ekat pillerit heti apteekissa.
Jo illalla tuntui, etta kipu alkaisi hellittaa ja tiistaina kasi oli melkein oma.
Suomessa asunto paskanen – kylla! Ja mina kun luulin tata sivistysvaltioksi ja hyvien kauppatapojen maaksi. Paskan marjat.
Myyjanainen on sairaanhoitaja ja mies poliisi. Veda siita huumoria!
Is it customary to put down a security deposit upon moving in? Here, if a tenant does not leave a place in good condition upon vacating, they forfeit their deposit. The landlord then, would use that money for clean-up or repairs…..
We have similar system here if you rent a place. But selling/buying is a different thing. I trusted estate agent. I told him that the place must be clean because I’m going to move in when I come to Finland. He trusted sellers to do their duty. And now we argue….
Let’s see what our lawyer says…..
I’ve never seen such a policy. As Dan said, here we must give a security deposit and if you don’t leave the place clean, you forfeit your money. It’s a pain to shell out the extra money, but I guess it is a good policy if you are going to be the next tenant. So sorry to hear about your arm. Like Winston Churchill said, “Life is just one damn thing after another!” Better days to come!
I wish all this shit is over soon….I’m really disappointed. I try to be fair, take care of things. That’s why I get angry when people are trying to cheat me. aargh!
But. I try to think: this is meant to go like this, there is a reason but what, I’ll find out later….
I could play along and say oh what a mess, but really I would need to put the whole thing in perspective. Not that I’m requesting more pictures, but one can not tell from a few pictures of spots that are dirty. Also I don’t have any reason to defend the former tenants.
Now you arm problem sounds like more of a nightmare. In fact it could be painful to sleep on which would be even more irritating.

Ohh incredible! I’m sorry you have to go through all this trouble instead of being able to finally relax, now that you are back home.
I’m sure you’ll be able to sort everything out and it’ll be ok soon!!
On the other hand, I’m thinking that you’ve been living in a place where things like this could probably not be fixed that easily… how did it go when you moved to Casa? Did everything work ok? I’d be surprised if it was!
PS: about DISQUS: I took it down momentarily bec. when I published my last post people started to send messages saying that they could not comment… and what’s a post without any comments?

Oh boy…now everything seems to be a mess – in Casa and here. My hubby has to run from one office to another to get stamps, label them, about 20-30 so far. He doesn’t have time to do any work…
Moving to Casa was worse than a nightmare. If you’re interested read my posts starting April last year….
Here I’m trying to find out which washing machine/fridge/oven is the best with energy/money etc. point of view. It’s hard work to do online. Easier in a shop but then you can’t compare all the brands because that shop has this and that brand but not that one….Online I can check all of them but it takes time…

Minä olen aina muuttaessa tehnyt perussiivouksen kämppään. Tosin minulle sitä aina ei ole tehty, joten muuttaminen on aina alkanut kamalalla jynssäämisellä.
Toivottavasti kämppä on kuitenkin nyt saatu siivottua ja se murhe on ohi. Käsikin ilmeisesti alkaa näyttää parantumisen merkkejä, hyvä niin!
Juu kamppa on siivottu – kaksi ahkeraa painoi hommia aamupaivan.
Meitahan myos jymaytettiin kaupassa. Keittiossa on kuivausrummun kokoinen aukko poytatasossa – kukaan ei maininnut ettei se kuulu hintaan ja toisesta veskista on viety kuivausteline joka siella naytossa oli, ei myoskaan mainintaa ettei kuulu kauppaan.
Kasi on ok mutta laakkeet veti vatsan aivan sekaisin. Just asken lepailin kun ei voimat viela riita normaaliin kokopaiva touhuun…Kylla se tasta…
That’s disgusting. I never understood how people can leave places like this (I’ve seen worse cases…).
Try to think positive. Once the cleaning service is done you will not even notice anything.
You know all the problems we had with our house and for how long… I always thought that the best part was still to come… And now it is finally happening.

You’re so right…this was a small thing but a big for me at this time and situation. It’s clean now and waiting for moving in…(next week)…
Joo no tuo jälkisiivoominen ei taida enää kuulua nykyihmisten käyttäytymiseen, en tajua miten ihmiset kehtaavatkin jättää talon sellaiseen kutoon. Lapseni ovat muuttaneet siellä moneen otteeseen ja joka kerta on jouduttu siivoamaan molemmat kämpät.
Se tuntuu jotenkin niin naurettavan jäyhältä ensi alkuun, mutta kyllä siihen tottuu 
Toivottavasti olkapääsi parani. Minun on ollut jo yli kuukauden sellainen ettei käsi nouse ylös eikä taivu selän taakse. Ei ole ollut rohdoista apua, mutta onneksi ei särjekään.
Kevät tulee ja kesä, eiköhän kansa vähän siitä ilostu sielläkin.. huvitti kun jossain kommenteissa mainitsit kielen hitauden ja ihmisten vakavuuden
Tottuu ja tottuu…kylla juu mutta nyt olen niin artynyt kun vatsa ei ota rauhoittuakseen. Just mietin sairaalaan lahtoa jotta saisin laakityksen helpottamaann oloa.
Nyt tiedan, etta kateeni saama laake aiheutti suoleni hermostumisen. En saa sita nyt vaan millaan kotikonstein rauhoitettua. Jatkuva pieni kuume ja turvonnut, hella vatsa ei edesauta sopeutumista…ja pakkanenkin tuli, -9 oli viela asken mittarissa…brrrr…
Auttaiskohan Omeprazol? Mulle syötettiin sitä jatkuvasti ennen ja jälkeen leikkauksen eikä tullut mitään vaivoja, vaikka sain aika paljon särkylääkettä.
Menin lopulta aamulla sairaalaan. Vatsa oli kuin rantapallo eika se vielakaan ole normaali…paksusuoli oireilee.
Sain kaksi antibioottikuuria eli nyt ei voi kuin lahtea parempaan suuntaan! Tuo Omeprazol ei ole tuttu (no en kylla muutenkaan tunne laakkeita kun yritan syoda niin vahan kuin mahdollista)

My shoulder is fine but my colon is not. My stomach is like a big balloon. I went to the hospital in the morning and I got 2 antibiotics…diverticula, not the first time they get agressive…
Now I relax and wait antibiotics to cure me….oh, I can’t wait to have my life back!
Eihän ne enää nykyisin siivoa pois muuttaessaan! Sikamaista touhua. Edelliseen kämppään muuttaessani meinasin saada hepulin, taisin saadakin. Vihdoin kun kämppä oli asuttavassa muodossa, vaihdatettuani sinne lattioita myöten kaiken, muutin pois. Uuteen. Nyt nämä paskat on omia ;D
Siis mika ihmisia nykyaan vaivaa? Huono kasvatus vai sen puute? Kaytostavat kateissa? Valinpitamattomyys taitaa olla aikamoinen sairaus myos Suomessa…
Jarkyttavaa tuhlausta taalla on! Meidan pesukone, 10v, hyva merkki ja ihan toimiva ei kelpaa kuin kaatopaikalle! Ihan kasittamatonta.
Mihin kaikki laitteet joutuu jos meno jatkuu tallaisena vuodesta toiseen? Mihin ne kaikki laitteet menee???
