Finland will be part of the huge Shanghai Expo 2010 event. We will have a self-built pavilion with clear Finnish design. The name of the Finland Pavilion is Kirnu (in Finnish), Giant’s Kettle (in English) and 冰壶in Chinese.

Mieheni makasi 39 asteen kuumeessa kaikki mahdolliset peitot päälle ladattuna. Niitten seasta ei nay kuin hieman hiuksia… Tämä oli kolmas “ruokamyrkytys” 6 kk:n aikana. Ensin tulee outo olo, sitten pitää juosta veskiin, vähitellen nousee kuume ja lopulta tulee jäävän kylmä tunne, koko kroppa tärisee horkassa. Seuraava päivä on yhtä veskissä juoksua ja hikoilua. Iltaa kohti olo paranee…
Onneksi meillä on hyviä lääkkeitä jotka alkavat vaikuttaa suht nopeasti!
Mieheni sairastui sunnuntaina (täällä jo maanantai eli viikonloppu on perjantai ja lauantai) ja tänään keskiviikkona hän on ensimmäistä päivää töissä…
My husband had food poisoning. Third time in 6 months. High fever, 39, shaken uncontrollably…
We piled up all the blankets of the house – there he is, covered up…
Fortunately we had (and have) good medicine and he’s back at work today. What a relief! autch! I mean that he’s okay again!!!
