What a mess my life is now!
Our stuff from Casa arrived and we have too much of everything.
We’ve recycled this and that but not enough. sigh!
The weather is beautiful, at the end of the week it’s going to be hot, +30 C / 86 F!
Why my life is a mess?
No shower for two days…you see why!

An old mosquito bite encapsulated and it’s going to be analysed. It should be “clean’, just an old bite…
Stitches will be removed after two weeks…argh!
Don’t ask me why I didn’t change the operation time…
autumn would’ve been much better time for this!
Photos of the weekends 21 & 22 / poppies in Tuscany, Italy
Would you like to live in a house like this, why?
There were many people taking pictures of this poppy field…
gabbadabba, poppy shadows!
I’m sorry about my absence but in Italy I didn’t have time to
blog hop. I’ll try be a better blogger again…even if our stuff from Casa
arrived and I should unpack and organize…sigh.
Have a great weekend!
My holiday in Tuscany, Italy part 4. / Monte San Savino, Arezzo, Italy
Previous posts from Tuscany part 1, part 2, part 3

Original gif file was too big and now some of the pics are cut. Hope you get the idea…
You can find Monte San Savino here:

“also leg of turkey”…

Prosciutto/ham - in wikipedia
I loooove prosciutto!!!

Wikipedia says
“Monte San Savino was one of the first urban settlement in Tuscany, Italy.
It originated around 1100, but a further century had to pass before Monte San Savino
could be considered a centre of a certain social, political and
cultural importance of Tuscany in those times.”

Detail of the door…

knock, knock…

These old doors are beautiful…

our stuff from Casa arrived and now our home is one big mess…

But. Life is good!

This is part 3 – ‘greetings from Tuscany, Italy’

I could see Cortona from our villa’s garden.

Tuscan ham and salami, yummy!

Beef carpaccio and white wine under the Tuscan sun – what else you need!
Thanks my friend M – this was really yummy!

I shot dozens door pics…More coming later…

Late June, early July these will be beautiful sunflowers…

Isn’t this beautiful…aaaaah!
My suitcase is still ‘somewhere’.
We missed our flight because Lufthansa in Florence waited for two people,
28 people missed their connect flights from Munich.
We flew via Gothenburg, Sweden to Helsinki.
There was a short strike at Helsinki airport on Friday and they have still a lot of bags waiting for delivery.
Imagine how much it costs to deliver a single luggage to all those customers whose bags were not handled on Friday
plus new lost bags, like ours, coming every day…
What have you done during these couple of weeks? Please tell me!
Ciao everybody!
Huh, I need a holiday -
we’ve been on the road most of the days -
I’ve had just enough time to empty my camera memory and charge batteries and then out again!
Today we’ve been sunbathing and relaxing but tommorrow we go again!
One more week and then back home at the weekend, snif! I could stay here longer!
These pics are from MAEC
Museum of the Etruscan Academy and of the City of Cortona
I couldn’t take pics inside but I hope you enjoy how the place looks outside…

entering Palazzo Casali…

Palazzo Casali, Cortona, Italy

it was a grey and rainy day when we visited MAEC…

a view to Palazzo Casali…
I’ll be back…when I have time!
Have a great week ahead!
