photos of the weekend #40 / San Francisco buildings and street dancers
Hi everyone!
My new web host seems to work fine…
My flu is finally gone and autumn has arrived
But here are pics from San Francisco – and more will come soon!
Walk’n shoot, no time to stop and take pictures.
Look at the shadows, they are huge
Let’s go! ¡vamos!
and now
time to dance!
The queue to THE cable car was loooong!
Too long for us…
Have a relaxing weekend!

What fantastic pictures! We feel like we went on a little field trip! It’s on the list of places to visit….too bad the cable car line was too long – that sounds like fun!
Enjoy your day!

What I see the most is beautiful weather! The sky is blue and the famous SF fog is nowhere to be found. The mix of modern and classic architecture makes this skyline a visual treat. Great captures!

Huge buildings make huge shadows! My sister and her husband live in San Francisco, so seeing your photos of the Golden Gate City make me a little nostalgic.
SHADOW PLAY
Shadows like horses, shadow likes chicks,
Shadows like houses built with red bricks;
Shadows much taller than a high wall—
No matter their shape, I love them all!

Magnificent photos! We’ve driven through SF but never had such an artistic lens to capture the view. Thanks!! Happy SSS.

Great pics. The first time I saw a tall building, which was years ago in Mumbai, I was so overwhelmed
although I grew up in cities. These are awesome. I love how you’ve watermarked your pictures

I lived in San Francisco for a couple of years and your vibrant photos have really made me miss it. It is a wonderful place full of great vistas, architecture, food. You name it! The dancers are really cool. Makes me miss the life of the streets. I can go miles out here where I am now and not see another soul besides a passing car or two for hours. Life is so full of variety and possibilities!
I love the city shots. My favorites are the black & white & Wells Fargo bank! They all are great mood pics – I can almost hear and smell the city and feel the rush of being there! Happy Shadow Shot Sunday!

It’s been ages since I visited you and I’m happy you’re back in action with your blog. I was in SF a month ago and had a wonderful boat ride on 9/11 under the Golden Gate bridge and Alcatraz. Are you still in SF?
