These pictures I took yesterday.

It was perfect weather for a long walk/jogging.

(Normally I don’t have camera with me, nor mobile phone.) 🙂

I use Polar heart rate monitor to measure burned calories,

exercise time, my target zone etc.

Yesterday I burned 342 kcal and 45% of it was fat…

Today my goal is to burn 50% fat  – or more! 🙂

  1. Sorry to be so irregular hopping by. I love the greenery and it looks real inviting to keep you jogging/walking. Yay, sitting too much in front of the computer adds kilos:( Take more than a’ Kit -Kat break’ !!

    • huh, I know, I know…I’m just going for a Nordic walk again…it burns calories if done slow enough, which is difficult, to walk slow and push with those poles… 🙂

    • I don’t like pushing myself for jogging but I have to. Too many extra kilos in too little time, argh!
      I started food diary today because I need to find out what’s going on…no sugars, no white flour, rice etc.
      It’s going to be a low-carb diet for me…let’s see what happens – wish me luck! 🙂

  2. Lovely views – they aren’t very different from those you see here in the NL, or more specifically, as soon as you step out of my house. Nature comes up to your doorstep in this part of the world – and it’s well taken care of.
    About my trip to Toscana: I’ll take down notes from your posts to get an idea of what to visit. I’d appreciate it if you could send info. about the place where you stayed? Thanks!!

  3. That is stunning. Love all the green surroundings but you deserve that after the snow. Good job on burning calories. I used to use the polar heart rate monitor and with personal training clients, but now I just ride my bike for fun and try new equipment at the gym. Keep going.

    • Hey, you do NOT need to lose any calories, you’re so slim! Good for you!
      I’ve got a couple of kilos in past three years…sitting too much. But it’s over now. I’m surfing less and less and social media is not number one anymore… 🙂
