greetings from Tuscany, Italy part 2.

May 22nd, 2011 by BLOGitse received 16 Comments »

Ciao everybody!

Huh, I need a holiday -

we’ve been on the road most of the days -

I’ve had just enough time to empty my camera memory and charge batteries and then out again!

Today we’ve been sunbathing and relaxing but tommorrow we go again!

One more week and then back home at the weekend, snif! I could stay here longer!

These pics are from MAEC

Museum of the Etruscan Academy and of the City of Cortona

I couldn’t take pics inside but I hope you enjoy how the place looks outside… :)

What a great place to roam about. Looks like it has it all. Great old streets and architecture, culture, inviting cafes, views and vistas aplenty. Happy Times and Happy Trails! Wish you could pack me in your camera bag :-)

If the time you are having there is as nice as those pictures, you have passed you limit of good times.
My favorite picture of this set is not labeled but it shows three stairs. It reminds me of a M. C. Escher drawing.

It’s really beautiful here and totally different from Scandinavia! :)

Well, I know I said that I didn’t have time to browse through your pics today and I wanted to be able to enjoy them…. but I couldn’t resist! I am planning to visit Tuscany next year and I can’t wait to get impressions and ideas for my holiday.
This museum in Cortona looks beautiful – very nice building! And the views from the … terrace? balcony? are great. Excellent shots, thanks for sharing them!!
